Chargeback help, right inside WooCommerce
WooCommerce itself has no dispute screen — your chargebacks live in your payment gateway's dashboard, with a deadline attached. The free Parry plugin puts the reason-code playbook and the evidence checklists inside your WordPress admin, so when a dispute lands you know exactly what wins it and what to gather.

What's inside
Reason-code lookup
Pick the reason on your dispute notice and get the plain-English playbook for that code — what the bank is actually deciding and the evidence that answers it.
Evidence checklists
A tailored checklist per reason code, in the order a bank reviewer reads them, so nothing decisive gets left out of your response.
Deadline panel
A demo dispute panel with a live countdown showing how Parry frames a case: amount, reason, days left, and the evidence stack.
Straight about the limits: WooCommerce core exposes no dispute data, so the plugin is guidance only — it reads nothing from your store, makes no remote requests, and never touches your gateway account. You still submit evidence yourself in your gateway dashboard.
When you want the packet built for you
The plugin tells you what wins. A Parry subscription builds it: send your dispute notice and proof to [email protected] and get back a review-ready packet — case summary, rebuttal draft, timeline, and labeled exhibits matched to your reason code — target under 24 hours. Up to 5 packets a month. AI draft; you review every fact before submitting. We never submit in your name and never guarantee a win.
